THE TPP SATISFACTION COMMITMENT
- Your learning experience matters to us. If you are dissatisfied with a tutoring session or believe your program is not meeting the expectations we established together, tell us.
- After every session, we ask for your feedback directly. If a concern comes up, our team will set up a conversation with you to understand what's not working and make it right.
- Depending on the circumstances, that may include adjusting the teaching approach, modifying your personalized preparation plan, involving another TPP specialist, providing additional support, or addressing the value of the affected session.
- If, after that conversation, the program still isn't the right fit, we will release you from the engagement rather than ask you to stay.
- We also believe families should not feel locked into a tutoring program that is no longer right for them. Applicable unused prepaid tutoring hours are handled according to the terms of your TPP program agreement.
We guarantee our commitment to your learning experience — not a specific test score or admissions outcome.

- Program recommendations are based on the learner's goals, timeline, and required level of support.
- Tutoring frequency may vary by student and program.
- Specialized test-preparation programs may use package pricing rather than hourly pricing.
- Premium third-party resources may carry additional costs when applicable.
- Availability to select a specific lead Personal Professor is limited.
- Sessions can be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge; a smaller fee applies with shorter notice, and missed sessions without notice are billed in full.
- Unused prepaid sessions are refundable — see our Client Service Terms for full details.
- Final program recommendations are discussed during the complimentary consultation.
PREPAYMENT OPTIONS
- Monthly prepayment is our standard schedule, with no added fee.
- Plan ahead and save: prepay 2 months and save 5%, or prepay 3 or more months and save 10%.
- Want to pay week-to-week? Short-term arrangements are available at a 10% higher rate. Otherwise, you can pay the full term for less than a month at our standard rates.
